His long reach seemed to cover every area of the court simultaneously. In addition to his defensive prowess, Wembanyama scored 21 points and provided four assists. Balanced Spurs Attack
Julian Champagnie contributed 17 points along with six rebounds. Stephon Castle effectively orchestrated the offense, recording 11 assists alongside 16 points. De'Aaron Fox added 10 points, seven assists, and seven rebounds. The Spurs showcased excellent teamwork, sharing the ball and identifying the players who were on fire.
Pistons Fight But Fall Short
Detroit's Jalen Duren fought valiantly, scoring 25 points and securing 14 rebounds while shooting 77 percent from the field. Cade Cunningham had difficulty finding his rhythm but still managed to contribute 16 points and 10 assists. Ronald Holland II recorded 11 rebounds along with 15 points, and Duncan Robinson chipped in with 13 points.
